Vortex Code Studio provides software development, consultancy, and related digital services as agreed in writing.

2. Proposals and scope

Project scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written proposals or statements of work.

3. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, intellectual property transfers according to signed contractual terms and payment status.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of services supplied under the relevant agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it without permission.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
